Initial Consultation
$150 • 90 minutes
The initial Ayurvedic consultation is a thorough and holistic evaluation of your health that goes beyond merely addressing symptoms. Ayurveda is deeply rooted in the principle of identifying and addressing the root cause of health imbalances with a view to provide long lasting and sustainable solutions. The duration of this consultation will be around 90 minutes wherein we will use the many diagnostic tools we have available to us, such as tongue analysis, pulse evaluation and eye analysis, to name a few.
We will also delve into various aspects of your life, including your physical constitution, current imbalances, medical and family histories, current lifestyle, diet, daily routines, and even emotional state. From this, together, we will create a personalised plan which will include diet and lifestyle advice with the help of herbal formulations to support the above and tailored to your specific needs while also considering any constraints you may have.
Follow-up Consultation
$70 • 45 minutes
The review consultation involves a 45 minute comprehensive assessment of your progress since your initial consultation. We will examine how your body and mind have responded to the previous recommendations, considering any changes or improvements.
This review allows us to fine-tune your personalised wellness plan, making necessary adjustments to ensure continued progress and balance. It's an opportunity for you to discuss any concerns, ask questions, and collaborate with us to optimise your Ayurvedic journey.
